Established in late 2004, the True Group has emerged as one of Asia’s preeminent fitness and wellness organizations, primarily focused on fitness and yoga services. With clubs in both Singapore and Taiwan, the True Group comprises five True Fitness centres and three TFX clubs in Singapore.
